SUI's Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

~ Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 10% fee of the service total.

~ Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the service total.

~ If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled to avoid running behind for the rest of the day. Our schedules are tightly packed and one delay can affect every client after you.

~ The above also apply to rescheduling.

Please understand that extra time, energy, and effort go into filling last-minute cancellations - and this takes away from the time and quality we provide to clients currently in the chair.
