Online Return and Exchange Policy

All sales at SUI Online are final.
Defective items can be exchanged. 
Customers have up to 7 business days to exchange a defective item from the date it was received.

Shipping Policy

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Once we receive the defective item we will ship the exchanged item at no additional shipping cost. 
Initial shipping cost are non-refundable.
